Questions about airport transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
I track your flight in real-time and adjust my arrival time at the airport according to the actual landing time. You simply need to provide your flight number when booking. You do not need to notify me of delays announced by the airline.
Where will you meet me at the airport?
I will wait for you in the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name. You will spot me as soon as you exit, without having to search for a taxi or make a call. I will then assist you with your luggage to the vehicle.
Can I book the return trip to the airport at the same time?
Yes, return bookings are possible. Simply mention it in your request, including the return date and time: I will send you a quote for both journeys.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ accommodates 2 passengers and 2 suitcases; the Tesla Model Y accommodates up to 5 passengers and 3 to 4 suitcases. Please specify your luggage count in the request so I can select the appropriate vehicle.
